We believe that all who believe in Jesus as their Savior and Lord should be baptized (being emerged) in water.
Baptism is a vital part of discipleship and Jesus included in the Great Commission: We are to “make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit” (Matthew 28:19).
Although a person’s sins are forgiven based on faith in Jesus alone, baptism is an important symbol of death to our old way of living and a new beginning in Christ.
